Gail's writing desk. Constructed in Black Walnut with a Bird's Eye Maple top. The drawers are constructed in Rippled Sycamore and are made using hand cut dovetail joints. The Asymmetric design was developed after considering how the desk was to be used, placement of laptop computer, books, papers and access to drawers etc. The desk 'wraps' around the user.
Demi Lune side table constructed using Bird's Eye Maple Veneers with ebony detailing. The drawer is centrally positioned behind the front rail panel.
Malhamdale table constructed with an Ash frame with through joint detailing and a veneered Oak top. The table shown was designed for use at the side of an arm chair. This table design can be made in other sizes for a variety of uses including small and large coffee tables and hall tables.
'D' Table constructed in Rippled Sycamore and Wenge. A 'D' shaped drawer and drawer box is supported by the legs leaving a space between the top and the drawer box.
Entwine consol table constructed in Solid Maple and Rippled Cherry. The table has one central drawer and is enhanced with inlaid lines and a carved motif. The drawer is constructed in solid rippled sycamore using hand cut dovetail joints
Marquetry Lattice table was designed as a small writing desk or side table and has two drawers constructed using hand cut dovetail joints. The table is constructed in Cherry with a hand cut marquetry top using a variety of veneers including Rippled Sycamore, Box wood, and Mahogany as shown in the detail photo.
Wharfedale table constructed with a solid Brown Oak top and Ash framework. The table top includes a decorative inlayed motif. This table was designed for use in a small dining room or breakfast area.
Nidderdale table constructed in solid English oak, the wedged through joint detailing complements the detailing on the chairs. The table is available in other sizes. This table (shown here)extends to give further seating at the ends.
Wayfare table was designed as a striking hall table. The table framework is constructed in solid Ash, the forked pieces are jointed together before being carefully shaped with hand tools. The table top shown on this table is Rippled Alder but other timbers would be also available.
Circular table commissioned by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society for use in their reception area. The table is constructed in solid English Oak and features discs of different locally grown timbers inlaid into the table top.
